How It Works?

  • Consume 1 juice every 2 to 3 hours
  • Consume 1 small banana per day along with your juices
  • If you feel hungry you can snack on cucumbers and lettuce
  • Try to include light exercise (walking/yoga/stretching/pilates for 60 minutes/day) with your program to have greater weight loss results
  • Drink 2 liters of water per day
